Web Survey Bibliography
The article analyzes the vitality of conducting survey research over the Internet. Conducting survey research over the Internet, while not yet a mainstream concept, is increasingly used and accepted by marketers. The bottom line is that Internet surveys are fast, effective, and cost-efficient. This is typically a winning combination as researchers look toward new technology to meet their needs. As a concept, research by the Internet is still relatively new and unused as opposed to mail and telephone surveys. The use of incentives, prescreening, personalization, and reminders have been successful in maximizing completion rates for surveys on the Web.
